Simplicity
Whether you are running a test, performing a calibration, or troubleshooting an abnormal result, the modularity of the SEAM Test Platforms makes these tasks simple so that they can easily integrated in your quality system.
Whether you are running a test, performing a calibration, or troubleshooting an abnormal result, the modularity of the SEAM Test Platforms makes these tasks simple so that they can easily integrated in your quality system.
The easy-to-use hardware and software interfaces allows an operator to run more samples in a fraction of the time that conventional testing requires. This frees the operator up to engage in other quality assurance activities.
While enrolled in the QC Integrated Hardware Service Plan, any failing module can be sent back to us for an immediate free replacement. This includes component failure, inability to calibrate, and routine wear such as pin or socket damage.

Lengthy test times mean that a significant amount of product can be produced before a problem is identified. This leads to higher production costs from having to scrap or rework the product.
Having the abilty to frequently perform short tests with many samples means that problems are identified early. Waste is minimized which leads to lower production costs.
Power supply, multimeter and oscilloscope must be shipped off-site for calibration which can result in multiple weeks of downtime.
SEAM-ACP calibrator allows for each SEAM Channel to be calibrated on-site in under 10 minutes.
Troubleshooting may require in-depth knowledge of the test system. Not all operators will have this knowledge.
The modularity of the system allows for samples and channels to be interchanged allowing for any operator to efficiently isolate and resolve the problem.
A single test setup is not robust to equipment failures. Duplicates of each piece of equipment would need to be kept on hand.
If a SEAM Channel malfuctions, it can be taken offline and the remaining channels will continue to function as normal.
Lower capital expenditure
Reduced operating expense
Less downtime
Less waste
